As a not-for-profit school, our JESS community will always be at the heart of every decision made at JESS. Our vision is to educate our students and equip them with the skills, knowledge and integrity to make a difference in the world. Our vision embraces different perspectives, from making a difference for ourselves to those around us and the wider world.
Our mission statement underpins our personalised approach as the students enter the school daily - we discover brilliance in every individual, empower students and staff to act with purpose as we build our community through respect and a sense of belonging. We have developed this 'unique brand' over the last 45 years all the while being at the forefront of the UAE’s educational sector as a consistently outstanding school.
